1966 Ford Fairlane Description

Here we have something very different - a beautiful example of a Customized 1966 Ford Fairlane 2 Door Club Coupefor your cruising pleasure.
BODY - This car has zero-rust and wears all original sheet metal (as a matter of fact, it hasneverhad anyrust, ever!).Laser-straight body with two/tone white pearl paint (above the body-line has a slight gold hue, and below has a slight silver hue - I have both paint-codes).Has shaved door handles with remote control opener, frenched antenna openings (two antennas, one for the radio and one for the door remote), and a hand-painted old-school pinstripe with the "Fairlane" logo all under the clear-coat. The floors, trunk and torque-boxes are rock-solid. The glass is excellent. The grill has been chromed and the bumpers are new and flawless. All other trim is in excellent condition. The only paint issue is a small 1/4" chip the size of a pencil eraser on the top-right edge of the drivers door.
INTERIOR - The interior is all original and is perfect. The headliner and upholstery are perfect, and the carpet is only slightly faded, there's an original radio in the car. The dash-pad is perfect too. Everythingworks as it should with zero issues. This thing is a true time-capsule!
DRIVE TRAIN - Has a nice solid-running 302 with a 4 speed Top-loader manual transmission. Runs smooth and has a nice rumble, but nothing crazy. Starts right up and doesn't smoke or leak a drop of anything! Has a 4-barrel carb w/electric choke and polished intake. The engine has lots of chrome and bling to add to the cool factor, and the engine bay is nicely detailed. It has headers and dual exhaust out to the bumper with nice square chrome tips - it sounds nice!
SUSPENSION/STEERING -It has brand-new US Mag wheels wrapped with new low-profile tires,Has manual steering and new manual drum brakes all around with dual master cylinder (easy to covert front disc upgrade kits are inexpensive andreadilyavailable). The car is slightly lowered and has a perfect stance, it just looks mean and very cool!
