These cars were built to be customizable from the factory and this one was made in a very unique and classy color combination. The car has been repainted in its original color of Springtime Yellow (code 8). It is nicely accented with color matched steel wheels with knock-off simulator hub caps.... The interior is the original color of Palomino (code 29) and looks great. The leather wrapped steering wheel and center console give this Mustang a luxurious feel. The factory under dash A/C system has been retrofitted to accept R134 freon. This Ford Mustang isn't just all about looks and class. The 289 V8 engine has a nice soft rumble through dual exhaust with chrome tips and is backed by a smooth shifting C4 3-speed automatic transmission. The rear end has 2.80:1 gear ratio for a great driving feel at highway speeds. The trunk is correct and clean with the plaid trunk mat, quarter panel filler panels, spare tire cover, jack bag and jacking instructions sticker on the hood. It looks just like it would have when it hit the Ford showroom in 1965. New parts include shocks, hoses, belts, battery and tires so this beauty is ready for the road.
