Very Rare !!1928 Ford Model A Fordor Briggs Leatherback. Has good Title! I have had this car since 1996. This car has been inside storage since 1956. Has original paint, glass, and remnants of interior. I have done a vast percentage of restoration ( approximately 70 %) I removed body from frame, stripped and painted frame and suspension parts, rebuilt front end, installed new gaskets and seals in rear end, couple of shocks been rebuilt, new gaskets in engine, rebuilt water pump. Engine cylinders appeared to be in good condition when I got the car. I painted engine and transmission, and installed good radiator, I replaced large amount of wood skeletal structure. Have new brake linings in a box inside the car.Bumper brackets all been sandblasted and primed ( passenger side front frame to bumper bracket missing(got lost at sandblasters) I have installed good used running boards, new splash aprons. steering column been adjusted and realigned- ( ready for install), I believe I have the seat frames yet, as well (not sure of condition on them). Also have the muffler for the car. Have never heard or had running. We have kept engine turned over periodically. Rear fenders bent a little at bottom ( can be easily straightened out-see pictures). I temporarily mounted fenders, splash-aprons, radiator shell, running boards for picture and transport purposes. Had to relocate during restoration process a few years back. There is some extr, new, body bolts/nuts/washers in the car that go with it.(Bought from Macs auto parts). Not sure of actual miles. I am aware that the car has 16 " rims on it from the 1930's... however, I am including 5- 21" Model A wire spoke rims that have been sandblasted and primed. Also throwing in 3- firestone 4.50-4.75 x 21 tires great condition ( on whippet rims) and 2- 21" x 4.40-4.50 tires ( some weather-checking, but usable).
