1933 Ford 5-Window Coupe Description

This 1933 Ford 5-window coupe is stylishly vintage on the outside, a cool custom on the inside, and a seriously powerful tri-power V8 in the engine bay (with four-on-the-floor!) So you might want to take your time looking over this one, because it has the details we all love. This fiberglass coupe was a father and son project, so it was a passion project. And there was plenty of thought that went onto the creation. For example, the... burgundy paint has a nice classic look you want on a '33 Ford, and it also has the clearcoat shine that loves to highlight the slick bodylines. There are more great classic details, like the waterfall grille, center-dipping chrome bumpers, and suicide doors. But there's also some nice hints at hot rod-style power with those large exhaust tips peeking out from underneath the running boards. And those centerline wheels with the wheel and tire size staggered gives this a particularly aggressive stance. Open the cool suicide doors, and this no longer feels like a 1930s machine. The nicely bolstered seat package has a fold-down armrest and fresh feeling on the soft velour. The gray with black piping on the seat coordinates with door panels, headliner, and even the trunk for a nice uniform look that always indicates a quality build. And we especially love the matching lower dash that also has the car's '33 embossed in it for detail. There's plenty of modern feeling on this one thanks to the grippy sports steering wheel, polished tilt steering column, full Dolphin gauge package, and an AM/FM stereo in the headliner with CD changer neatly tucked behind the seat. But there are still some great vintage details. For example, while there are provisions for modern air conditioning, we bet you'll really love how this one is setup for old-school breezes. The cowl opens in the front, and the rear window even rolls down for a very vintage atmosphere whenever you want. The butterfly hood is always a cool way to show off the motor at car shows. And when people look inside, they'll see a nice presentation with upgrades like polished valve covers, an electric fan, and bright pulleys on the serpentine belt. But of course, what they'll all really be talking about are the triple-set of dual-barrel carbs for the tri-power setup. Plus, with a 383 cubic-inch V8 underneath it, you know that serious power is assured. And everyone knows this, too, by the growl of the side pipes. As you look at the undercarriage photos, it reveals a fresh build with some old-school style. But there's also plenty of control for this powerful coupe, thanks to upgrades, like the four-speed manual transmission, traction bars, and four-wheel disc brakes. The sale comes with plenty of receipts documenting the build as well as outlines and parts manuals. This is a passionate project done right, and so you know you want to get your hands on it right now. Call today!!!
