1976 Ford E-Series Van Rare No Window Econoline. Custom Description
Hi, I will update the photos with all the new parts thia weekend. I have owned it 3 years, purchased from the first owners 58 year old son in Wikenburg Arizona. It had been sitting for a few years since the mans father passed. This is all I know about the Van's history. His story was that His dad built Harley motors and this was his delivery van. Other than a thick heavy plate welded to the floor inside the rear doors (under carpet and pad, unnoticeable) and the cosmetic modifications, it is original 1976 Custom trim option van, 107,431 box A miles. The Windsor 351 runs good and feels strong, no ticks or tocks or knocks. C6 heavy duty trans shift smooth and firm. No accidents or body repair, this is the original steel. The sheet metal seams and rockers and quarter panels are...well see the photos, i took care to show the spots typically rusted with most other vehicles. Here is the record/plan getting it back to roadtrip to anywhere ready:
December 2017,new engine belts.Fuel cap
January 2018,New carpet and pad at tempe sales (automotive proper pile) front to back, with 10x5ft extra for interior seating pedestal/bed. ($400)
June 2018Fiberglass flares and the visor were installed from customvandotcom ($1600)The flares are painted this factory color "hot ginger metallic" with a somewhat dulled finish to match the dull paint.

August 2019New Firestone Indy 500s ($600) installed on15x8.5 ARE, 15x10 1976 Appliance Slot Mags ($500 plus $1400 CNC machine Detroitvintagewheels restoration). Zero miles.

Please check back, as this list above is growing as everything gets "done" until it sells. Next, replace all lightbulbs and fuses and new heater/ac blower fan.
9/20 Update, blower fan tested out in excellent shape, and looked new, so a new blower fan in the box is included, unless I decide to return it. Also, the HVAC controls are working correctly. Fan works on all speeds. Air compressor clutch is turning on and off with both A/C and defrost on the selector. Next up to test out the a/c for leaks and get some good old R12 for and see if it wil get the "ice cold" label.
Included New In Box parts: 100amp alternator, windshield wipers (not installed in current photos), driver/passenger door seals (they are in good shape on the van, these are for down the road. The A/C does not work, everything is complete. Has not been charged in 10 years at least. It had not been converted.
Please noteI do not have a extender on the sliding door to clear the 15x10s and flares so it only open a little right now. The original spare is included, I do not have a tire on it. Plan was to put a slot mag/tire on the back. There are dings and dents on the back doors. I will take better photos soon. The paint in general is in poor condition with chips all along the rockers. I personally like the satin like faded finish, no intention of painting it. The Philco AM Radio works.
Payment within a week by bank to bank wire transfer (safest way) or cash in person within a week, and pick it up within 3 week. Can move to storage facility if need more time.
Thanks, have a great day.
