1967 Ford Mustang Description

Up for auction is my 1967 Ford mustang running/driving project car. This “C” code car is in good original condition, and is an easy restoration. It could easily be turned into a driver, if that’s what you desire. ??This car recently came out of Georgia. It looks totally factory under the hood, retaining the original air cleaner with decals on it. It was factory equipped with air-conditioning as well as power steering. It came from the factory with a 289 V8 engine and an automatic transmission. ?The car does start right up at the turn of the key, but definitely could use a tuneup as it runs with some hesitation. It does blow some blue smoke out of the exhaust. The brakes work, but need to be pumped up a couple times to build up a pedal. ? This mustang runs good enough to move around your shop, house, load/unload on a trailer, but I would not want to take it out on the streets before checking out the mechanicals. ? The tires are old and are good enough for moving around.? The interior is nice and complete, there are a couple tears in the headliner but the seats are free of any rips?. Door panels are in good shape. With some elbow grease, the interior would really clean up nicely. The underside is in pretty good shape, probably better than most. There has been some patchwork underneath, but no major evidence of panel replacement/corrosion. There is some rust on the bottom of the doors, as well as the lip of the trunk lid. Expect to find more as you dig. ? I’m not sure what the factory color was as the door tag is no longer on the car, but I do see signs of blue underneath the gold. ??? I have taken some pretty critical photos of the condition, which are the true condition of the car. The paint is faded, it has rust here and there, it definitely needs cosmetic attention/restoration. Please do not expect to buy this car, and drive it back to your house, wherever that may be. ? It is being sold with a clear title which matches the original VIN stamping under the hood. Florida Residence will need to pay sales tax to me as I am a dealer.??
