This listing is for a very nice vintage1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Hertz Restomod Tribute. Original C code 289 V8 car. Original CA black plates have been retired by the state of California, but will be included with the car along with current CA plates. This Mustang does carry a California Salvage title. It recently received restoration work. This Mustang is in good running/driving condition withlots of newparts!!!

BODY:

Paint is Tuxedo Black with Hertz Gold GT Lemans stripes. Paint is brand new 1 week old. Paint is base coat clear cut and polished to a high shine. Lemans stripes are painted on not decals. Brand new black vinyl top with correct OE style grain. Many new exterior parts and add ons: New front and rear bumpers, new Maier Racing Shelby hood scoop and side side scoops, new matte black billet grille and trim, new billet Cobra gas cap, new bullet mirrors, 17x9 anthracite Bullitt alloy wheels with Shelby caps, Continental tires 235 40 17, new Cobra/GT350 exterior emblems new rear LED taillights. All exterior chrome is in nice shape, exterior lighting, turn signals, brake lights all function properly.

ENGINE:
The engine is a289cubic inch performance V8 with no issues. Engine runs great, starts right up and does not smoke or boil over. It has the Edelbrock Performer top end package including: Performer aluminum heads, Performer aluminum intake manifold and Performer 600CFM 4V carburetor. Lots of new parts installed: New chrome oval air breather, Ford Racing polished aluminum valve covers, Champion aluminum radiator, Pertronix Flamethrower coil, Accel 8.8 wires and spark plugs, new Duralast alternator, new Duralast starter, new Duralast water pump, new Carter fuel pump, new starter solenoid, chrome oil pan, recent oil change and coolant flush. Exhaust is shorty headers running into 2 1/4 inch dual piping with an H pipe crossover and Flowmaster 40 series mufflers. Car sounds awesome with a nice deep rumble. Transmission is the original Ford C4 3 speed automatic and shifts good thru all the gears.

INTERIOR:
The interior has the rare bench seat option and has been redone with new seat upholstery, carpet, door panels, dash pad, headliner, new Cobra floor mats, original radio is installed, but not currently hooked up to the speakers. The heater, horn, gauges, wipers and interior lighting all function properly.

​BRAKES/SUSPENSION:
OEM factory power disc brakes up front and drum out back. Shoes, brake hoses and cylinders in the front and rear were replaced by previous owner as well as the front and rear shocks. Suspension is allstock with coil springs up front and leaf springs in the rear with an 8 inch rear end and the differential has beentopped off. Car brakes and rides nicely. Trunk is clean no rust new trunk mat with spare cover.
