1955 Ford Fairlane Description

1955 FORD FAIRLANE 2 DOOR looks good, drives good and stops good. Solid body, nice paint, good interior, gleaming chrome, wide white tires and things work.
HEAD LIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK!TURN SIGNALS WORK! BRAKE LIGHTS WORK!SPEEDOMETER WORKS! GAS GAUGE WORKS!HEATER BLOWER WORKS! WIPERS WORK!ORIGINAL RADIO LIGHTS UP, BUT DOES NOT WORK!
HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Very good red and white interior.
HOW IS THE PAINT? I see no dents, no rust bubbles and the car looks very straight down the sides. All the panels look original to me.
HOW IS THE ENGINE? 292 Y block engine starts good and runs good. I hear no knocks or pings. It does have a 4 barrel carburetor, it a tea-pot Holley.
HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a good automatic.
HOW DOES THE CAR STOP? Good, its drum brakes, but they stop the car good.
HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? I consider it driving very good.
HOW IS THE CHROME? Very good stainless steel, bumper nice, door handles and hood bird shine good, but doe have some pitts.
HOW IS THE GLASS? Side and back glass good, windshield is not milky edges, but does have a heavy wiper mark on the passengers side.
