It is originally from California that ended up in Florida. This model is very sought after -2 wheel drive short wheel base truck. It is a no RUST TRUCK and the frame still has much of the factory chassis black paint on it. It has 197k miles on it. I bought it on ebay this past summer from its previous owner in Florida. I had planned to resto/pro-mod it with a upgraded driveline with a 4.6l 32 valve dohc V8 out of a 98 Mark VII Lincoln and Crown Victoria front suspension. Life changes have changed my plans and it is back up for sale. I have not driven the truck other than from the car hauler that dropped it off in the street in front of my house (drove it 300 feet), to next to my back garage where it has been stored since. The battery was weak and has since gone bad due to the age and the cold winter. I will check the local wrecking yard for a decent used one. The previous owner said he heard a rattle/clanging noise and his mechanic of 20 yrs said he thought it was coming from the torque converter area. I have not heard it make the noise, but am making you aware of it and the potential repairs needed. I have not looked into it. Buyer should be aware and plan accordingly when picking it up. It is white with blue interior w/ a plaid seat cover, 4.9L engine, automatic transmission, power/strg, power/brks, A/C.The previous owner said it has a new Distributor, Spark Plugs, ECU, Injector Harness, aftermarket Stereo radio with CD player. It is a dual fuel tank truck, but the rear tank is not there. It has had an amateur repaint. I would try color sanding it and buff it out. It has a few dings and dents. It has a dented step bumper. It has Ironman all country tires on alloy polished Ultra wheels that have been painted black or dipped. This truck has no rust. AGAIN NO RUST, being it is from out west and down south. All and all it is a decent starting point to build as a rod or a work truck around the house that will last for years.
