1955 Ford Thunderbird Description

(I am listing this for my Dad)
1955 Ford Thunderbird "not a barn find"...Great start to a project car...Lots of good parts. I bought this car in 1964 and drive it till 1967...It ran fine with no raps or taps and it did not burn oil. When it was parked I put oil in the cylinders and have frequently turned the engine over by hand. With some attention, I'm sure this engine will run.
Everything is intact except for the left quarter panel (I stupidly removed when I started to work on it)...The previous owner had replaced both front fenders. Hood, doors & deck lid are amazingly solid with no putty...Frame is also solid...Hard top, headliner & seat are also in very good condition. If somebody is looking for a project, this car will need the usual repair panels:Trunk & Front Floor, Trunk & Front Floor Braces, Right quarter panel repair. Left & Right Rear Wheel House. Left & Right Front Inner Fender Aprons. Also needed are right & left in ner and outer rocker panels, and obviously the missing left quarter panel.
This car has lots & lots of good parts on it if you are looking to part it out. I have title in hand.
