1965 freshly completed Mustang track inspired Fastback.

With over 3 years of labor in the build this is one of the finest recreations of a 1965 Ford Mustang you will ever see. We started 1965 Ford Mustang 2+2 six-cylinder automatic car. She was then completely taken apart and stripped down to bare metal to ensure a perfect finished product. New cowl, floor patches and rear quarter rust repair was completed. All body panels were meticulously blocked and sanded while the show quality PPG paint was applied. Gap lines up better than the factory. The paint then received a wet sanding and multistage buffing. All new front rear and side glass and trim was installed including the new vent window frames.Vent windows glass are original.
The interior has also been completely refinished using tasteful parts but the addition of Stewart Warner gauges. All the rest of the interior panels were refinished or replaced and the carpet and headliner are brand new as well.
Under the hood lives a healthy build 347 stroker with a high performance cam, Shelby valve covers. It is cooled by a custom aluminum radiator. The engine block has been tastefully painted to black complemented by satin black engine bay and accents. Getting the power to the wheels is a Tremec T 5-speed transmission and a 9" rear end. Underneath, all of the control arms and bushings have been replaced, while the addition of sub frame connectors and front sway bar, cobra automotive cross member, torque boxes and boss 302 chassis mods strengthen up the chassis and noticeably improve handling. Helping her come to a quick stop if necessary are disc brakes at all four corners as well as a new power master cylinder on the firewall. Wrapping the brakes are a set of quintessential 17 Inch Shelby look alike Crager wheels.

This car is in immaculate condition. The Body is straight, the doors, trunk, hood are all aligned like they should. All the chrome has been buffed to a satin finish to complete the subtle restomod look. This car is will turn heads at every corner.
