1965 Ford Mustang Description

Up for auction is my 1965 Ford Mustang convertible. This is a project car. This is a original V-8 car. There is a clean Michigan Title under my name. This car has been hidden away for years. Here is the car by the data plate Numbers.

This is the rare Phoenician Color. The car has been a repainted at some point, but in the correct color tone. It is a base car and manual convertible top. The car did run 5 years ago before the carb was taken off to be rebuilt, but lost. The engine should run again with a little work. The 289 engine is original. you can see the gold valve covers in one of the pictures. The seats are original, almost all the car is original, the rear seat bottom is missing. The radio is not original. The car has NOT been taken all apart and put back together, So if you are looking for an original type of project, than this is a car for you. The blue air cleaner does not come with the car.. Everything else does, including a NEW set of keys and lock cylinders in a package..The gears shift fine and the crank on the engine will turn by hand..There is plenty of rust as you can see from the pictures. If you plan on working and fixing everything on the ca, than you will be in for no surprises. This is a total project car, That being clear, it is also the correct collectors type of car to restore, because it is a Convertible and a V-8 car. It is very collectable and popular. The car rolls and turns fine. It "sits" fine. but there are no brakesThis is a rolling chassis. This winning bidder is responsible for picking up the car within 30 day from the end of the auction. If you send a transport company for the Mustang, that company needs to be FULLY aware that the car is a non runner with no brakes. I just no not want any surprises on my end after the sale either.
A $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the sale is needed. and the balance paid within a week. The car is sold AS-ISTransportation is up to the buyer. This sale is for the car as is sits and is pictured.
I do have some used parts that I have collected over the years that the winning bidder can purchase from me after the sale if they want. I am not putting my used extra parts as part of the auction because the buyer may not need them.Email me any questions, you can set up a time to see the car before the end of the sale. Once the sale end it is binding for both of us at that price..Thank you looking and the interest in my convertible. These survival convertible project Mustangs are getting harder and harder to find, so don't missing out on this find
