1989 Honda Civic Description

1989 Honda Civic RT4WD Wagon. Owned by ex Honda mechanic 264,336 miles. 6 speed manual ( 5 speed with super low) Runs, Drives. Amazing snow car.
Vehicle has a 1.5l sohc (no not the 1.6l) Original 1.6l spun a bearing and this engine was put in as an emergency and has stayed in since.
Brand new clutch and pressure plate installed. Shortly after shifting into 3rd gear on the highway there was a slight grind. Car was parked and hasn't moved since except for to move in and out of the driveway. It still drives, can go into 3rd just fine. All gears work ok. But there is that little occasional grind.
Brand new brake pads, as well as new cross drilled and slotted rotors. Has fairly new general artimax artic snow tires installed with plenty of treads left. Brand new oil pan installed. new rear main seal, oil pan gasket, valve cover gaskets, few new hoses, new distributer ring, not too old interstate battery, new idle air control valve, new radiator, fairly new tie rods, upper ball joints, lower ball joints, fitted with urethane ball joint boots, Just replaced the ecu with my old ecu from a 89 crx si with 89k miles. New starter, new plug wires, new dist. cap and rotor, timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, and valve adjust. Honda oil filters only used on this engine.
Guess what, A/C works, and blows ice cold. Converted to r134a. Heater works excellent.
The interior was originally blue, it was sprayed at one point to black gray, some parts are still blue. Has the honda speaker pods in the rear, center console, an old sony cd player, and 2000 integra seats retro fitted as the originals had the springs coming through.
Has the oem Honda roof rack installed. Original RT4WD wheels were sprayed a metallic gray. One of the chrome beauty rings has fallen off (aftermarket anyways) The windshield is cracked. Will need to be replaced. Driver interior lock is missing, broke off a while back, I've been using the key, haven't had time to go pick one up to fix it. Chrome plated valve cover, aftermarket pedal covers, NRG steering wheel ( have the original steering wheel as well) all door latches and window regulators work.
Some minor exterior rust. No rust in door jams.
This car can be a great project, a great parts car, or a great run until it doesn't run anymore car. I own 7 hondas alone, and I need to thin my collection.
