This car was originally selected for an engine swap for a Chevy conversion. Still perfect as a donor swap with an original Jaguar motor and transmission or Chevy conversion. Much work has been completed to prepare the car. Specifically: Front suspension: removed - "A" frame clean & painted, new sub frame mounts, larger upgraded XJS sway bar, power steering rack & pinion rebuilt, poly bushes throughout on upper/lower control arms, rebuilt calipers, new brake flex hoses, new wheel bearings, new ball joints, new master cylinder, etc.
Rear suspension: removedboth half shafts and replaced universal joints, new wheel bearings, new rear cage mounts, radius arm fulcrum new bushings, replaced diff center to new 3.31 power lock, rebuilt rear inboard calipers, new flex hose, new trailing arm bushings, all pivot points have poly bushes throughout. Underneath of floor resealed with under sealant, underneath firewall and muffler shields cleaned and painted with high temperature paint (1,200 degrees)
Engine compartment: stripped out and repainted, larger new battery tray, new wiper rest switch and much more..to much to list here. See pictures.
Interior leather is in good condition in the front, excellent in the back. Car has never been crashed, all original parts included, no after market. Outside paint is in good condition, no rust in floor or fenders. Original odometer had approximately 85,000 miles. Car has been in garage since purchased.
Car cannot be flat towed. Buyer will need a double-axle trailer and 2 ratchet come alongs.
Car purchase includes: original center and rear mufflers (ceramic coated), original nuts and bolts, extra front grill, AC condenser, tail pipes, spare wheel,etc. I kept everything except the motor componentsand transmission and fuel pump.
Car does have all 4 wheels - tires hold air.
