1972 Jeep CJ5. Here is your chance to own a completely restored CJ5. I bought this Jeep to restore and use as a fun weekend runabout. Every part of this Jeep was gone through and it looks fantastic. New paint, reshened motor, eader and exhaust were replaced, ew seats and bikini top. Even the chrome trim and mirrors were replaced. If you can name it, t’s probably new or restored. The paint is awesome, t's the new Jeep red color. There was no rust on this Jeep when we started so its solid.
After I got it back from the restoration shop we drove it around a few times and now it sits in the car port. Turns out I’m not a Jeep guy after all. Too old to bounce around the trails in the woods. I guess the idea of a Jeep was better than the reality for me. My loss is your gain, s they say.
The 6 cylinder with 3 speed runs and drives great and needs nothing. The clutch is solid. The tires and wheels are not new (they came with the Jeep) so they will eventually need to be replaced but are fine for now. That’s one of those items best left to a new owner. The odometer reads 4,651 but obviously that's not correct. This is an ideal candidate for your custom Jeep project, ll the hard work is done.
We don’t use the little CJ, t just sits in the car port. All it needs is a new owner. If you are looking for a super clean CJ this is it. This is an Alabama vehicle so like all vehicles its age Alabama does not issue titles.
I don’t want to admit how much money I have in this Jeep. I know I won’t get it back, ut that's my fault. I’m looking for a fair price and have set the reserve accordingly. Please, o dreamers, ire kickers or guys who need their wife’s permission after they win the auction. No 0-5 feedback bidders without emailing me first please. I reserve the right to remove those bids. I want to sell this CJ so if you are looking for a super clean CJ you have found it. Bid it to win it. Thanks.
