1982 Jeep Wagoneer Description

Up for auction is my 1982 Jeep Wagoneer. I purchased this last October and spent all winter restoring it. I would not consider it to be 100 done. There are still some small things to be completed. I am listing this at a fair value. I just completed a 1200 mile round trip to the smoky mountains with this while my kids where on spring break. It gets lots of attention and thumbs up where ever it goes. If you compare prices you will find these from $1,500-$55,000. This is not a $55,000 Wagoneer. It needs a few things finished. The bulk of that is listed below...
-A/C installed. New compressor is mounted, but nothing else is in place.-Doors really need to be taken apart and corrected. All the windows go up and down, but are slow. All the seals are new, just needs a day spent on them to make everything perfect.
The engine has been rebuilt with all new components. I can provide receipts if you would like. It was bored .030 over. I installed a RV grind camshaft and all new internals. New Edelbrock Intake manifold, new Demon Carb, New MSD ignition, Exhaust manifolds ceramic coated. A new mandrel bent stainless steel exhaust system with Flowmaster muffler and 2 high flow catalytic converters.
Transmission was rebuilt before I purchased and shifts great. Transfer case shift well. New leaf springs, brakes, etc.
Body has zero rust. I replaced the rockers and rear quarters before performing all bodywork and paintwork. There were a few small places in the floor and those were taken care of as well. Fuel tank was dropped and skid plate repaired as well as a small area on the frame. The body was painted a very vibrant blue from a late model BMW and the original color was also blue. I used 3M Denoc for the side wood grain and installed the trim using double sided tape like a newer car would. This could easily be removed with out any evidence of it if you wanted to put on a different wood grain or not have any at all. If you prefer no wood grain I will remove for you.
I have also made a center console for this. I started with a early 90 Ford Explorer console and finished the front of it to accept a double din radio. It has full bluetooth and the sounds system is really great. I'm close to 40 and I have always enjoyed the faithful reproduction of music. This is the best system that I have ever put together and I have well over $2500 in this investment alone!
With a weekend's worth of work this would sit well next to one of those that you could pay twice as much for.
This is not perfect as I have had my 8 year old twins in and out of it for the last few months. There are a few nicks in the paint, but it really does look nice.
