1979 Jeep CJ Rock Crawler Description

Yes this was somebody's baby! When this Jeep fires up you know it's something special by the way it sounds from the custom exhaust and custom built 4.2 engine with Mopar performance kit & fuel injection added . Frame off rebuild included bead blasting the frame sealed with black Imron process, 3.50 :1 gears for good highway speed in the diffs, Dana 30 in front with Motomaster u-joints, Superwinch hubs and the ARB locker. Model 20 in the rear with Summers brothers 1 piece axles, ARB, CV joint drive lines, 1" brake drums added to the rear, disc in front with a dual diaphragm GM power booster makes it stop on a dime! 35" Dick Cepek Baja Claws, with full size spare, custom painted Neeper Diablo rims,2.5" suspension lift added to a custom lift,sway bar dissconnects, 400 turbo automatic with a deeper sump aluminum pan added at the last service and has a bullet proof cooling system, 241 transfer case with a 2.7:1 low range, custom built bumpers, custom built aluminum fuel tank wit skid pans, full custom roll cage with built in speaker boxes, All parts are available aftermarket excluding the transfer case conversion so replacement parts are easily available.The paint is Harley Davidson teal with custom artwork. There are some stone chips and scratches. The interior is all custom, seats are custom upholstered from a Wrangler with matching fold up rear seat, the front seats are showing some wear. Custom locking center console with CB and cup holders. The whole Jeep was built by the owner of a 4X4 shop out of NM. The same guys that helped built the trails in Chokecherry Canyon.
