This 1970 Jeep Gladiator 300 Townside Pickup was purchased new by my Father to be used on a 200 acre cow-calf farm operation. This Pickup was limited to the farm operation; hauling calves and occasional cows to market, feed from the mill, fencing material from the farm hardware store and etc. My Father died 2 years later and I continued to farm for a few years using the Gladiator exclusively on the farm. After selling the farm, several years later, I elected to keep the old Gladiator and started restoring it in memory of my Father. It has been garage kept and due to its exclusive use has less than 30,000 actual miles. It's a farm pick up, 6 ply tires, 3 speed manual, geared to climb a hickory tree, the power of 350 Vigilante V8 (Buick) motor and with the looks to be entered in a car show.
Unfortunately, I am moving and will not have a garage to store it. I would like to find a caring home with someone that loves jeeps as much as I do. I have some documentation and Gladiator history, original shop manual, and pictures of the restoring process that will go with the Pickup.
