1976 Jeep CJ Renegade levi edition Description

Restorers/collectors Dream!! This 1976 Jeep Renegade Levi edition CJ7 is in unbelievable unrestored condition. This jeep is completely original with the exception of the 3" lift, and some of the lighting. The jeep is almost completely rust free, and nearly everything is functional.
The floorplans are original and rust free, as well as the rear quarter panels, and tailgate. There are no major dents or scratches. The only rust present is two small spots above the driver's side tire on the front fender, and a few spots on the windshield frame at the seal. Neither of these areas are rusted through, and can easily be fixed for restoration (see photos)
The engine is the original 258 in line six and runs very well. The four wheel drive works well and engages/disengages easily.
Nearly everything works as it should. Lights and blinkers work. Windshield wipers work. The only thing I know of that doesn't work is the fuel gauge and temp gauge.
This rare Levi edition Renegade would be a wonderful restoration project, or you could leave it just like it is and drive it as is.
This is one of the cleanest most original, and just solid jeeps I have ever seen. It was purchased new in Cleveland TN. and has obviously been a southern vehicle due to the lack of rust. This jeep has been well taken care of during its 42 years of existence and will turn heads for many years to come.
Known parts replaced:
- 3" suspension lift
- master cylinder
- Spark plugs/wires/ distributor
- break shoes front and back
- rear lights/ fog lights
Known issues:
- Fuel gauge and temp gauge don't work
- Some of the original knobs are loose, but all are present except for blinker knob.
- windshield frame seal needs to be replaced.
