We purchased the Jeep in 2015:
We wanted a weekend/perfect day vehicle that would be road ready and driven without worry. This Jeep spent 6 months and over $7K getting “mechanically sound”. Work was done to the steering, gears, transmission, dash board gauges, fuel system, electrical system, signals, horn, seatbelts – the list goes on and we have all the paperwork for your review.
As part of this work, we had to replace the speedometer assembly due to a faulty fuel gauge. The odometer was also replaces as part of this unit and now reads approximately 250 miles. We know this mileage is NOT accurate – our estimate is 5900 miles after engine rebuild.
There is a tear in the driver’s seat as pictured.
We added 5 new BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A tires and 5 new American Racing Baja AR172 wheels.
No accidents and since the restoration, this Jeep has always been garaged, had no off-road use, and we have a clear title in hand.
Subject to sale from other advertised listings.
We bought this Jeep to replace the 1981 CJ7 Renegade I met my wife in 30 years ago. We both love this Jeep and have such a great time in it, but we just don’t drive itas much aswe thought we would.
