  • 1.3L DOHC V-4 engine

  • Designed by Lancia stylist Piero Castagnero

This example is a Coupé 1.3 S (Tipo 818.630/631) Series II, which brought a face-lifted body and new five-speed manual gearbox with a 1298 cc (818.303) V-4 engine producing 90 horsepower at 6000 rpm. Larger Girling calipers and pads with four-wheel disc brakes replaced the Dunlop system fitted to Series I cars.

After testing it in 1967, Road & Track summed up the Fulvia as “a precision motorcar, an engineering tour de force.” It is named after Via Fulvia, the Roman road leading from Tortona to Torino.

With its low beltline and generous greenhouse, the Lancia Fulvia will delight even the most discerning Italian car collector or enthusiast. The windshield and other vehicle glass sections are clear, intact and in overall good shape. All exterior lights are present, intact and clear.

This is a beautiful example of a 1972 Lancia Fulvia that has been refreshed to be a showcase of its classic Italian driving experience for years to come. This car, and all the work done, has been featured on a popular automotive television series. Work that has just been completed includes: New axle seals, new CV joints, new Heater fan, all early rust eliminated, and a fuel system cleaning from the gas tank to the carburetors, and a full wood dash restoration. Additionally, all bumpers have been well crafted by an extremely gifted fabricator.
