1978 Lincoln Town Car Coupe Low Miles Texas Car Super Clean!!

1978 Lincoln Continental Description

I have for sale this clean 78 town car. It is a 2 owner car, with the second owner having the car since 79. The original owner was a Oklahoma college football coach and sold it to the second owner. I bought it from him. He is currently 89 years old, said " my kids don't want it" . It has 44k original miles. I am going to go over it the best I can in sections.

Body: Has maybe 5 dings in the whole car, Car had original paint, witch was in good shape, but I wanted it better. I personally stripped all the trim off, and repainted the car. New vinyl top. All original trim and chrome. I had intentions of keeping the car, but now I want a caddy. No rust on car, had some under the vinyl top. I fixed it and treated what was there.

Interior: Perfect. Almost a 10. Everything works. EVERYTHING. Non smoker, no rips or tears. Clean. All lights work.

Drivetrain: Great, I have put bout 600 miles on it in the last 4 months. Starts up every time. New battery, filters, plugs, wires and such. All Motorcraft parts. Timing is perfect, no clatter on todays fuel. Tires are brand new. Spare tire has never touched the ground, jack and tools there. Under the car is dry, I do see where its a little damp around the oil pan, not dripping, just may need attention in time. Trans is dry, fluids fine.

Car is not a perfect 10. I would say its a 8.5 Because it is old, has a few flaws. Car is for sale locally. Please call me with any questions! Jason 979 324 5225
