Champion Motors International is excited to offer this head turning 1939 Lincoln Zephyr tribute. The car was designed after the famous 1939 Lincoln Zephyr custom car "Scrape" (please Google '39 Lincoln named Scrape) that was sold to the Peterson Musem in California after it toured the country. The car was such a huge success that the original builder started a company called DECO Rides. He started building bodies and selling them to builders to install on their chassis. After he... sold a few of these, he merged with a company in Florida called Speedster Motors. They had been building classic cars for years. In some time, they started building complete cars. This car was originally ordered to be displayed at "I Love This Bar" restaurants all over the country. There was one of these locations in the Destiny Mall in Syracuse. Before the car was complete, the restaurants started to have problems and the car was never delivered. The current owner purchased it from the person that obtained it from auction from Speedster Motors. It is our belief that there were very few of these cars produced and none like this one. Many of the original cars that were assembled used the DECO Rides body. These cars were made of existing frames and used engines and as you can see, the paint is very unique. The closer you get, the better it looks. The car is 100% new with a GM Vortec 6000 fuel injected engine and automatic overdrive transmission. This car, unlike most Street Rods, has A/C that really works. The car has under 1,000 miles. The car cost over $100,000 to build. The suspension is "coil over spring" that is very reliable and also adjustable. What is really appealing is that the entire chassis is new and proven and not a combination of parts from different sources. This '39 Lincoln Zephyr is right in tune with the America 1st attitude. This would make a great promotion for any business or as I show car as it has been used.
