1965 Lincoln Continental convertible, runs well, conv. top works! NO reserve!

1965 Lincoln Continental Description

This is a local San Francisco car its entire life according to the paperwork obtained when purchased. Original owners manual shows first owner from San Francisco. Mechanically sound, the car does run and drive well. Many extra parts: front clip, doors, trim, top frame, seats, door panels, bumpers, matching perfect dash pad, almost everything except engine or trans. Aside from the obvious from the pictures, here is a list of good and bad:

The good: Runs and drives well, engine is smooth, transmission shifting fine, brakes and power steering are in good shape.

Convertible top works, no issues going up or down.

All lights and safety items working fine

Radio and Power Antenna working

Power seat operational, dash pad is perfect, spare pad also perfect.

Floors, rockers, trunk all rust free.

The bad: Needs cosmetics, body work, some rust repair, paint, interior and top. Chrome work as well.

Power window switches and motors not all working correctly, and the automatic rear window system non-operational

Needs right side exhaust manifold resealed, minor exhaust leak near right side resonator.

Power Steering does pull slightly indicating a rebuild of the steering gearbox is needed.
