1994 Lincoln Town Car Description

Up for auction is my 1994 LINCOLN TOWN CAR SIGNATURE SERIES with just under 53,000 ACTUAL miles! These cars are getting hard to find with miles this low and in this good of condition. I am the second owner of the car. The autocheck on here shows 3 owners but after the original owner the car went to a dealer. I bought the car almost three years ago and the CARFAX checked out clean. The ONLY reason I am selling the car is because I originally bought it to drive during my retirement but my plans have changed. This car has been well cared for as you can see in the pictures.
The good: the AC is cold, the car has factory dual exhaust, has 4 new power window motors, new power door lock actuators, tires are about 70%, car runs, drives and brakes great, has new plugs and wires, new power steering hose, fresh oil change and lube. As far as I know this car has the original paint and it is in great shape for the year. The white still shines up nice and only has a few minor knicks here and there that typically come with 22 years of age. The gray trim on the bottom is in good shape but has faded slightly. The interior is immaculate and the leather is in good condition with no cracks or fading.
The only negative things I can find on this car are the cruise control works but not all the time. It may be something as simple as the control switch sticking. I haven't investigated it thoroughly. The power seats also work but seem to stick every now and then. This may be an issue caused by the car sitting for a while or the connections need cleaned. It alsohas one very small rust spot a little bigger than a Silver Dollar at the bottom of the passenger rear quarter panel in front of the right rear tire. I also have 2 Key FOBs that both work. Whoever comes and looks at this car will not be disappointed. I have a CLEAR title in hand. The 4.6 V8 Engine runs perfect and the Air Ride Suspension rides great. The car is located in the ( SUNMAN - ST.LEON - BATESVILL, INDIANA AREA ) in southeast Indiana about 20 miles from greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Airport.
