1994 Mazda RX-7 Touring Description

Mazda RX-7 SSM TouringRare, 5 speed, single turbo, approx 85k miles on chassis, 600 miles on new motor and upgrades.
New engine built and balanced by Steve Kan at PRT Performance in Lewisville, TX. Anyone who knows Steve knows he is one of the best! All work was completed in May of 2016 and I have receipts totaling over $13K in parts and labor. There is easily thousands more in parts and upgrades that are not documented for that I've had professionally installed over the years. I'd bet I've invested over $30K into this car. The Apexi RX6 Single Turbo kit I added as well as new fuel system, boost control, HKS ignition, etc. did nothing but improve an already great car. I have all paperwork and receipts for work performed at PRT Performance. I’ll add more pics as I can.

Calipers painted Red with “Mazda” in WhiteThere are lots and lots of other things here and there that I've done over the years that I can't remember at the moment. I've babied this car for 17 years and kept everything in excellent condition. If anything went wrong I fixed it with the best parts I could find, usually OEM unless there was a better aftermarket alternative. She is going to make her new owner very happy!
Some History:
This is a great car. I’ve owned it since October 20th, 2000 and I'm the 3rd owner. She runs and drives great, and is a real head turner. Not a lot of silver FD's around. The handling is superb and the single ball bearing turbo (Apexi RX6) spools up really quick. I built the car for as much solid HP as I could get without sacrificing reliability. She is currently tuned to 360 rwhp and is capable of much more. I think the way she sits is perfect for anyone who is really looking for a great handling car that is also lethal on the streets without going overboard. The suspension is tight and the steering is very precise. This thing is on rails! I love taking her down twisty roads with some nice cool air outside, it doesn't get much better! I'd love to keep this relationship going but I have little kids now and need a different hobby.
Things of note:
Everything works but wipers are slow and the arms are faded, rear wiper was removed (body filled & painted), AC blows but is not cold and needs a re-charge. Car was repainted in 2001 OEM Silver Stone Mica (SSM). Cruise control is intermittent. Sony head unit is intermittent and needs to be replaced. I still have the stock Bose Acoustic Wave system and speakers. For a car this age it's in excellent condition but you will find imperfections in the body and paint when you look closely at the car. I would recommend doing a showroom quality paint job at some pint and this car would be immaculate. It's already been built to an extraordinary level with regards to performance and reliability which these cars are notorious for various mechanical issues. It just needs a good owner that knows how to properly maintain an FD3S. I think that’s most of it. Vehicle is sold as is. Please let me know if you have any questions and text479-531-862seven–Adam.
