1973 450 SL in rare (db542) Dark Red and ‘MB Tex’ interior in Bamboo (db139).
The car was repainted with a properly done, high quality paint job. The upholstery has no rips and has new carpeting and floor mats.
The car drives as good as it looks. This is a well preserved example of a desirable model with small bumpers in a rare color. Always starts, runs cool, and does not burn oil or smoke. The power windows work and the AC blows cold.
Recent service includes an oil change, a transmission service, the coolant flushed, a new AC fan motor, and a fan clutch. The Becker radio was professionally restored last year.
