1963 MG MGB Description
Hey there sport here is a great little collector car that you can enjoy while it appreciates in value, probably better then money in the bank. I am a car dealer and sports car fanatic from south texas and I bought this car in florida a year ago or so and I have too many personal toys so I am going to try my luckon ebay, I am going to sell my 63 mgb. it is the early model which is my favorite as they have a real vintage car feel and loo, it has a great running engine that seems to have extra power than most, the transmission is goodbut itmakes noise so it needs work, the underneath has had new floor, nicely installed the car has a florida title, it has lots of newer part, gas tank, clutch cylinders, brake cylinders, starter, turn signal switch, steering wheel ALL NEW AND correct, good top but the frame needs some work on a couple rivets, the car is stock in appearance with the correct carbs and bumpers, the chrome is faded . I think it was british green or black when new . it has all the extra tonneau covers, the windshield is cracked but I have found several on ebay for 100 to 200 dollars, the car needs this and tha, the paint is not professional but it looks good when freshly washed. the interior has great patin, you could probably fly in and drive home but the gearbox is noisey . the tires are old Michelins and they are weather cracked and need replaced . I am selling as i, if this car was perfect it would bring 15 to 20 grand but it is not .If you are familiar with these cars you can improve it easily andthe early mgb is a rapidly appreciating british sports ca, have you priced a antique jaG LATELY?
