1957 Nash 400 Series Description

I purchased this car in 1978 with every intention of doing a ground up restoration. I purchased new tires for the car and drove it five miles, to the gas station and back home, before parking it in a covered carport where it has sat ever since.Life happened including college, a trip around the world, a career, family, and so forth. Now it is time for someone else to drive this car across the finish line.It is very straight and virtually rust free with only one spot of rust on the lower driver side door.Originally coral, it was re-painted red and white in the 1970s.It is complete and perfect for restoration. Car has been sitting for 40+ years and currently does not run.Not shown in the photos is the original OEM license plate holder and light that mounts on the spare tire, along with the rear license plate. It has a clear title. The previous owner informed me that the engine was rebuilt 30,000 miles ago.I also purchased a brand new white top, which is still new in the box.$500 immediate pay through PayPal, followed by the difference in the form of cash or a cashiers check within one week of sale.Local pick up only. I will assist a towing company, as needed.Car is located in Orinda, Ca.I’m also listing a Nash Metropolitan hard top for sale, as well.See pics ask Qs and bid with confidence.
