1993 Nissan 240SX S13 Description

1993 Nissan 240SX SE Limited Edition with SR20DET
For sale is my 1993 Nissan 240SX SE Limited Edition with an installed SR20DET Redtop engine. The chassis has just over 90,000 original miles and the engine and tranny have less than 40,000 original on them (SR20DET was installed at 85,300 miles on the car).
Engine has always had 10W-30 Full Synthetic Royal Purple with Royal Purple oil filters (I change oil every 3,000 miles and the engine has had four oil changes since installing to clean out the JDM stuff) and the transmission has RedLine MT-90 (and has been changed out twice). Rear differential also has Royal Purple. I only use 93 Octane fuel and the car has been tuned for both 91 and 93 Octane. Coolant is a high end 50/50 blend with three bottles of Royal Purple ICE mixed in (running the AC in Missouri August heat is not an issue).
The car is a 8/10 on the body and zero rust except for a bit under the trunk spoiler that was repaired to prevent any leakage (spoiler will eventually have to be replaced and the trunk lid professionally repaired). Interior is a 9/10 (steering wheel is the only thing roughed up, was going to replace it with a factory OEM one) with actual custom two-tone black and leather seats with suede inserts on the doors and glove box. There are NO cracks on the dash!
The car is factory equipped with a VSLD and the HICAS rear steering system, both work flawlessly. In fact, everything on the car works, AC, cruise control, all electronics, including the power antenna. The SR20DET engine and tranny was painstakingly installed with carful detail and the original intent for the car was to make it a show car. Car was repainted with water based paint it's OEM color 4 years ago at a cost of $6,800) with extra layers of clear-coat for additional protection, however two years ago I got caught out in hail and it does have a few hail dings that you have to really look for to notice (except the factory spoiler which needs to be replaced). The rear wiper was deleted by the previous owner, but all controls and wiring are there so it could be put back.
Below is a list of the items and modifications done, there is a lot and I may have forgotten some as this project has taken almost four years to complete (I have receipts for most items and work done) and most parts have been replaced within the last year.

I'm most likely forgetting something, so if you have any questions please ask. Car runs and drives flawlessly and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere.
Currently the car is set at a max boost of 15 PSI but will do 20 PSI (20 PSI is pushing it for the turbo). I built the car to be my off-day driver and I built it to last a long time. I have not had the car on a dyno, but it should be somewhere between 268 to 300 hp and has the potential for a lot more with some other upgrades to the engine, fuel system, engine management and upgraded clutch.
Price is negotiable if the CD-Player, Amp and subwoofer do not go with it (these are about a $850 value).
I am not interested in trades, no low-ball offers. I know exactly what this car is worth, especially in its overall rust free condition with most of the upgrade work already done. I am selling it because I am moving on to a 3000GT VR4 project but I am in no way desperate to let it go.
Any local test drives will be conducted with me in the driver's seat. You will not get behind the wheel unless you show up with the cash in hand. Car has a clear title.

I have the car listed for sale locally and this auction may be canceled at any time. Please make sure to actually have access to funds PRIOR to placing a bid!
