1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass S Description

This is a 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass S in very, very good condition. The body is perfectly straight and has never been wrecked or had rust. The paint is base coat-clear coat and I think it is a 10 out of 10 with door jambs and all inner hood and trunk surfaces painted with the same perfection as the outer surfaces of the body. The vinyl roof is brand new and perfect. The glass is all perfect and the windows roll up and down as they should. All the trim is in excellent condition. The bumpers are brand new. The trunk is in excellent condition, and the spare tire is new. The wheels are brand new Crager and the tires are BF Goodrich innew condition.. The dual exhaust is new and with the slight cam that is in the engine it sounds very healthy. The differential is a 3.73 posi traction unit. It has the Oldsmobile 350 engine, four-barrel carburetor, and three speed Turbo hydromatic transmission. The engine and the transmission have been rebuilt recently and they run perfectly. The transmission has a shift kit in it and shifts firmly. The brakes and steering are power. The battery is new. The engine is detailed nicely and the engine compartment is quite good. I would give the engine compartment and engine a 7.5-8. To obtain air conditioning you will need the air conditioning hoses replaced. (All original parts are present.) It has a brand new replacement interior including headliner seat covers and carpet. The dashboard is in very good condition with no cracks and the steering wheel is in excellent condition. This car is a very nice driver and turns heads wherever it goes. If you look at other listings your will find that Cutlass and Olds 442’s start at about $25,000.00 not matter the shape they are in. You will not be disappointed!
