We will try to describe and go over most of the car, please read and view all of the 89 pictures listed below. Would you buy a car on ebay with four pictures and one paragraph of description? NO. That is why at Classic Cars Online, our listings will go over and show every area of the vehicle that is up for auction. Bid with confidence! Paint / Body: This vehicle still has its original paint along with a clean "Car Fax" report showing no accidents. The paint is in great condition without any chips, scratches, checking, or hazing. There is some very light road rash on the hood and front end.(Very Minor) Being a black car, you can look down the sides of the car and see how straight and nice the body panels are. The body panel fit and alignment are great and are free of any door dings, dents or scratches. Both the doors close with ease. There are no signs of rust or rust repairs. The weather stripping is in good condition. The black convertible softtop is in excellent condition. We can only assume it was replaced at one top because it is too nice to still be original. The power top works well without any problems or issues. The convertible rear window is glass with a rear defogger. The original convertible top boot is stored in the trunk. The boot is also in excellent condition and is easily installed when the top is down. Exterior Trim: All of the exterior trim pieces are original and in excellent condition. They do not show any dulling, fading, or oxidation. All the exterior decals, emblems, bezels, taillight lens, and the moldings all look amazing. Interior: The "Graphite" leather interior is all original and in excellent condition. It shows very little, if any wear. No rips, tears, or holes. The dark gray leather bucket seats still look great. The rear seating area has matching leather bucket seats along with a center console with a pass thru to the trunk area. The factory carpet is clean and no wear. The door panels, arm rests, dash pad and all the other interior items are in great condition with no problems. All of the electrical items are working correctly including the factory air conditioning which blows cold. The factory gauges, lights, wipers, radio, and clock are all working great. The owner is not sure if the CD player works. (Never tried to used it.) The interior chrome, knobs, handles, and other trim pieces are all beautiful. There are no "Service Soon" or "Check Engine" lights illuminated. The glove box area and ash trays even look new. The original owner's manual along with a few other original manuals are is still in the glove box. It has a remote keyless entry system with two key fobs that are included. Engine Compartment: The engine compartment is very clean, but not 100% detailed. This is the optional 3.4 Liter "DOHC" Dual Over Head Cam 24 Valve V6 engine that came with the car. It only has 75K original miles. It runs great with no known problems. It doesn't smoke, tick or leak. (See the "Mechanical" section below for more details.) Trunk Compartment: The trunk compartment is near perfect. The gray carpet shows no wear or stains. The original spare tire, jack and jacking tools are all present. The convertible boot is kept in the trunk area when it is not installed. Glass: All of the original tinted glass is in near perfect condition. The windshield doesn't have any major chips, nicks, scratches, or wiper marks. All of the side power windows go up and down without any problems. The rear window has a defogger. Wheels / Tires: The original 16" alloys wheels are still installed. All four of them are in excellent condition without any pitting, oxidation, peeling clearcoat, or curb scratches. Mounted on factory wheels are newer Goodyear Eagle RSA 225/55R16. All four tires are in great shape with plenty of thread. The car rides smooth with no vibrations and doesn't pull left or right. Undercarriage: I'm sure this low mileage vehicle spent a lot of time in the garage. No winter driving. The chassis and underside is clean and rust free. It is not detailed but is very original looking. When the vehicle is stored over the winter months, there is a small drop of oil. Pretty typical for vehicles that sit for a period of time. Seals/gaskets start to seep. It doesn't leak any oil during the summer months only the vehicle is driven a little. Nine times out of ten, people selling a car would not talk about or take any photos of the underside. The undercarriage tells you a lot about the car, that is why we took a few pictures of the bottom. Mechanical: Engine/Transmission: This 1994 Cutlass is equipped with the optional 3.4 Liter DOHC 24 Valve engines. It received a complete tune up with new spark plugs, wires, drive belt, and a timing belt about 6K miles ago. The automatic transmission is also working great. It shifts out very nice and does not slip, jerk, or leak. The factory air conditioning (A/C) is working and blowing cold. Brakes: Power "Anti-Lock" brakes. The brake system has been gone over. New brake rotors, and brake pads were installed about 6K miles ago. There are no leaks or other problems with the brake system. The brakes do not squeal, fade, pull or pulsate. Suspension: Power steering. No problems or issues. The vehicle sits nice with and rides great. It drives straight and doesn't pull. Exhaust: The exhaust system looks to be stock. It is in good shape with no known leaks or problems. It does have the typical surface rust. It has the factory exhaust tips at the rear of the vehicle.
