NO TITLE BILL OF SALE ONL, I bought this riley elf at a storage auction and I don't know much about i, I don't know what year it is but I think it is from the 1950's . it is very complete and will be a fairly easy restoration because of tha, we had it running and it sounds goo, but it needs everythin, IT IS SOLD AS I, this will be one of the cutest cars in any collection and I am sure that it is valuable if put in front of the right crow, all the parts should be easy to ge, it looks like a mini to me but way better looking grille et, the riley must have been the deluxe model as it still has real leather seat, a nice wood dash etc .
