1984 Peugeot Other Base Sedan 4-Door Description

1984 Peugeot 604 Turbo Diesel . Speedometer reads 17k miles and yes it does work but millage is defiantly over 100k no I don't think it turned over . The owner was fairly old and he did not remember what the previous issue was but I highly doubt its 17k miles.
You sure don't see many of these car's on the road anymore. I purchased this car earlier this year from the 2nd owner he owned it since 1988.
Ive put just a little over 2000 miles on the on the car mechanically it runs great averaging around 28 to 30 mpg . I would not be afraid to drive it anywhere it cruses nice at 70mph and its very comfortable on the interstate.
Maintenance performed .
Trans mission fluid looked great but I still dropped the pan and replaced the filter and re filled. Shifts perfect in all gears. Changed all fluids
Rack and pinion had torn boots so I replaced them with Nos parts also replaced the front control arm bushings. New 14 inch Michelin Tier, New Battery
New water pum, Thermostat, Temp sensor.
Body is Very solid . Only rust is surface rust on the passenger rear door . The paint is original with some dents and dings .
Interior is original and shows ware leather is hard but still fairly comfortable. All windows work they are getting slow from age and the sun roof opens and closes.
All in all this car would make some one a good driver or add it to your collection there is not many of these left in the states .
I have some extra parts I will include with the car as well. ( If you want the metric 390s they can go with it )
