For Sale is amodified, purpose built1966 Plymouth Satellite originally fromArizona. Pervious owner purchased the car and installed a used 1968 440- 4 speed painted the exterior and used the car for daily driver.
History - I purchased the car in 2003 completely removed everything to the shell and rebuilt it. What started out as a cruiser build turned into a lot more when disassemblingidentified numerous mechanical issues.Example; Engine block having epoxy over a crack, and painted, Heads where smog era, Carb was repaired with epoxy on one of the broken mounts, Crank was for an automatic, Transmission had the snub nose cut off due to incorrect crank, Flywheel was set up for a forged crank whenthe one in the engine was a cast, 833 box had 2 and 3 gear welded from heat due to misalignment of the input shaft as well, Radiatorwas for a small block,torsion bars were small block, steering box leaked like crazy, Clutch z bar was added hand fabed and sloppy, Transmission tunnel was modified with a tacked in four speed tunnel, console was a 69 Charger, shifter was hammered, Drive shaft front yoke was scored beyond use, small u joints on drive shaft,stuck out too far from tail shaft,8 3/4" 741 Rear had both outer bearing retaining flanges broken on the axle housing, side adjuster was welded physically,ventcap was missing, Gas tank leaked, 5/16" fuel line that was crushedover half way closed. Single line manualmaster cylinder, four wheel small drum brakes. Wiper motornot working, Wiper transmission shot and disconnected. The positives was the floor and frame were in great shape, no signs of repairs or impacts noted. Somerear inner fender pieces rusted away. Most trim there(tired).K frame was for a big block.
Rethink build.
Current status:Car has been mini tubbed, frame tied, springs relocated, and hemi frame boxes added to stiffen the chassis. Engine is tied to frame using urethane isolators. Rides on custom Magnum 500's, Mickey Thompson 29x15.00x15 rear and BFG TA's P205-65-15 fronts. Correct complete new interior with sound deadening, new correct '66 console. Transmission tub has been welded correctly and seam sealed if you want to convert to manual the top has been sealed but can be cut out for shifter and a new console lid piece for a manual trans shifter can be purchased. Issues with inner fenders corrected. Hid a auto meter shift lite, oil press gage in back of glove box. The dash was restoredas original except for DIN mountedradio. Antenna has been changed to a concealed manual. There is a Pioneer am/fm/cd player and amp with four speakers sound system ( I never turn on...... LOVEthe engine noise). Classic AutoAir ac system installed, evaporator is mounted in the trunk anddiffuserslook like the old spark o matic rear deck speakers.InstalledaMaster Power Brake, boosted dual master cylinder system -disc's front, largedrum rear with correct proportional control valve. Custom mahogany polished steering wheel, new steering box heavy duty end link connectors. All body control bushing ball joints everything in front suspension replaced, added a front sway bar. Windshield wiper motor and transmission was replaced and some items rebuilt. All new weather stripping.

DYNO'd at Ray Barton Racing and produced- 602 hp and 657 tq at 5500 rpm.Have all the sheets to show numbers. Enginewasdesignedtouse pump gas and low rpms.Car pulls strong, sounds strong, receive positive feedback pertaining to build.I havethe car in my shop on the lift, super clean.
