1970 Plymouth Satellite Description

1970 Plymouth Satellite with 400 big block. Runs great and has good power. Driveline makes no odd noises and runs smooth. Mechanically, it is in fairly decent shape. Appearance-wise it is a bit of a rat rod. Paint is rough, has dings and scratches, cracking, mismatch, etc…floors and trunk have been patched in with sheet metal. Definitely a 20 footer.Windshield is fogging. It has a fair amount of metal patching and filler out back but is mechanically sound and no issues due to this. There is also some rust at the base of the rear window in a few spots, some on the package tray, and some in the trunk gutter. We’ve owned this car for a few years and pretty much drove it around town for fun and didn’t have to worry about it getting scratched or dinged in a parking lot. In general, it can be enjoyed and driven as is or restored for beauty. Odds and ends don’t work like the speedo, gas gauge, wipers and items like that but it’s almost 50 years old and has never been restored so take that into consideration when bidding. Interested parties are welcome to view the car by appointment and I encourage this. Here is a quick list of pro’s:

8 ¾” rear with 3.23 gears and 11” drums

New brake lines

New fuel lines

New fuel tank

New Energy Suspension front suspension kit installed, never aligned after kit was installed but drives decent

New front shocks

Front brakes rebuilt

400 big block runs great; no noises or smoke

727 auto shifts smooth

Front seat recovered

Doors close and latch nice

Dual exhaust with tips

Trim all there but keeps popping off rear window…needs attention and new clips.

Clean title in my name. Sold as is, where is, no warranty.
