1966 Plymouth Other Description

Car is set up as a Nostalgia Super Stock car, Not a Factory R.O. car. Was a factory small block 3 speed. Car has one repaint in 51 years Car has been a race car all its life. Body is in great condition with a few rust spots as shown in the photos, And some surface rust here and there. Underside of the car is just as nice with some surface rust here and there.I did not want to paint because its rare to find a car with one repaint and just wanted to preserve it. This car would be a easy repaint. It has a 8 point cage and no back seat. Fiberglass bumpers front and rear. 10 gallon fuel cell. Battery is mounted in the trunk. Old school round tube sub frame connectors. Engine is a 452 C.I.D. dodge, Steel cran, 12 1/2 to 1 compression Ratio. 620 solid lift cam, 906 heads ported with roller rockers. Edelbrock intake, 850 holley carb jetted. Mopar performance electronic ignition. Milodon 7 qt pan. Has original factory chrome SN # valve covers. Holley fuel pump, Steel braided fuel lines. Trans is a 727 full reverse valve body, deep sump pan, Heavy duty cooler. 3200 8 inch stall converter. B&M shifter. Rear is a 8 3/4 with 4.56 gears, Super stock M.P, super stock leaf springs. Runs low 11s to high 10s if it hooks. Car only runs on a min of 100 octane fuel, But runs best on 110. Car is all drum brakes, Mickey thompson 10.5 rear street slicks on steel rims, American racing up front. Car has a 3 inch allumium side exit exhaust with jones turbine muflers. All the lights work, wipers too. No heater. Mileage on the dash is under 65,000. I am sure i forgot some stuff. This is a solid drag car or a car to take to local shows and draw a crowd. Thank You for looking.
