You are bidding on a 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ All Original Survivor with 59,650 Miles. The SJ comes with the 400 4 barrel engine, rally gauges that work (except for the clock), Safe-T-Track rear end, radial tuned suspension with bucket seats and console.
It is fully optioned with sunroof, padded landau roof, cornering lamps, power steering and brakes, AM/FM stereo, automatic, cold air, power windows and seats, tilt wheel, cruise control and interior light group.
The paint is Mohave Tan and is all original. It shines really nice with only a few minor dings on the body. It is in fantastic condition for a 39 year old car. The padded vinyl roof has good color and is in good condition. The chrome on the car is excellent asare the rubber bumper inserts. The wheel trim moldings are the rally wheels are very nice with no dings, blemishes or curbs.
As you can see from the pictures, the dash, interior door panels and seats are in excellent condition with no rips, discolorationor tears. All the glass is like new with no scratches or chips anywhere. The carpeted trunk is like new and the engine compartment is nice and clean.
The 400 engine starts and runs great and is smooth and quiet. It runs down the road smoothly with no vibrations. The transmission shifts perfect and the brakes are good.
The tires are new and it has had a recent tune up consisting of new plugs and wires, distributor cap, starter, oil and filter change and new vacume hoses. It also has a new exhaust manifold gasket, and the air conditioning system has just been reconditioned and blows coldand all speeds work. The muffler and tail pipes are fairly new as is the battery.
The car is not a trailer queen but has been taken care of and drives and presents itself very nicely. I will help arrange shipping if needed. Please feel free to email or call John at 417-839-6922 if you have additional questions.
