1964 Pontiac Le Mans Pro Touring Description

This 1964 LeMans has been treated to the full pro-touring treatment - a powerful, supercharged aluminum block LS1 mated to a built 4L60E 4 speed automatic transmission feeding power to a new Quick Performance 9" rear end, posi with 3.70 gears. Tires are like new BFG G Force Comp 2's - 235/45ZR17 and 275/40ZR18 on Ridler 17x8 and 18x10 wheels.
Wilwood brakes are on all corners, as are Viking double adjustable coil over shocks matched to a full complement of UMI sway bars, control arms and trailing arms. New gas tank, braided stainless steel lines, in-tank fuel pump feed all new 60# injectors handle the air coming from the Pro-Charger D1SC supercharger and air to air intercooler. The radiator and all lines are new.
Dakota Digital instrumentation, new carpet and sound deadening material have been added to the interior. Mechanically, the car is all new front to back but it still maintains its classic lines. This car was originally a 6 cylinder, 2 speed automatic car in its former life, but is now ready to run with the big dogs. Paint is not show quality, but is respectable. No rust in the frame, floorboards or trunk. I bought the car already painted, but some plastic is evident in the rear quarter panels. Over all, this is a solid, dependable driver that is a blast to drive.
