Up for sale is a 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. Equipped with a rebuilt Pontiac 400: Bored and Honed to factory spec, new crank, main bearings, con rods, cam bearings, piston/rings, new cam, timing gears, oil pump, lifters, freeze plugs, and new gaskets.
It has a Holly performance carb with electric choke, Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, HEI performance distributer, new exhaust, various new suspension parts. The car starts right up and is an absolute pleasure to drive.
The car is from Tennessee, so there is minimal rust, and just had the interior completely stripped out and redone. Sound deadening was added to 100% of the floorboards, brand new carpet, brand new seat upholstery, door panels, dash, windshield... Ect.
All electrical was gone though and repaired as necessary; all instrumentation, lights, ect. are functioning.
There are a few dings and bubbles in the proper martinique blue. Not sure exactly when it was painted, but it still shines great. There is no radio currently, but the provisions are there and functional. It's in driver condition.
