1977 Pontiac Trans Am TRANS AM FIREBIRD Description

Up for auction is my 1977 Pontiac Trans Am.I hate to let her go,but personal reasons have forced me to let my baby go.This is a real all Pontiac Trans Am.Very nice driver quality Trans Am.This car came from the factory with the following options.Power steering,AC,tilt steering,power brakes,400 6.6,350 automatic,lighter and power trunk release,radial tuned suspention.I have invested thousands in this car and have almost 15,000.00 in receipts not including cost of car.Have all receipts to prove this.This is not a hunk of crud like most of these 10,000.00 to 19,000.00 ones on Ebay all rotted with mismatched bumpers that sellers are asking crazy prices for.I have seen junk selling for 9 to 10,000.00 onEbay todayand couldn't believe it.Theres a few clunkers online at this price now which I just cant believe what they are going for.My 77 Trans Amis sort of a restomod with a few upgrades to give her a better look.I call her the Snow Mans Bandit.If the Bandits buddy the Snow Man would of had one this is what it would of hopefully lookedlike with the Bandit inspired interior and decal color scheme.Her interior is all new down to the door panels,rear speaker tray,inside door handles,door cups,front seats,full dash cap,trim,sun visors,hump cover,floor mats,side panels,headliner,steering wheel,floor mats,rear view mirror,center console,console lid with all new spring and release button,console center package tray,still plates, ll switches and relays,gauagesall rebuilt with white faces and blue led lights that look great at night.They all work down to the cigarette lighter,power trunk release and trunk light.All lights work down to high beam,low beam,turn signals,hazzards,marker lights,dash lights,inside door headliner light,kick panellights.Everything has been replaced with oemAC delco parts.Everything works on this car down to the reverse lights ondown to the window shield washer.Yes!!! even the window shield washer works.Only one thing doesn't work and that's the horn.I put a new relay and horns on it,but it needs a new contact horn switch.Just haven't had time to get to it.Its a 5.00 repair.Other than this everything works on this cardown to heat and defrost.She has a brand new stereo system installed as well with new front dash speaker and infinity 6x9s in the rear.She sounds great!!I have also installed a rebuilt restored factory slap stick shifter that most TA fans don't realize Pontiac made for the Trans Am's.It was a special order if you wanted one.This car now has this option as well along with a new shifter cable and boot installed too.I haveplaced all the factory AC components back on the car down to the compressor,all brackets and correct spacers in case yo want to upgrade the car to have air.It has all new blower motor, elays, witches,heater coreand its all there when you decide to put air on the car.Nothing is missing.Its all been reinstalled back on the car to make sure none of the correct brackets or spacers got lost andrest asuure its all there..The car has had a complete suspention rebuild with high energy bushing.Complete leaf spring rebuild,front suspention upper and lower control arms,front end,all high energy body bushing,frame bushings and all.All the windows and glass have been replaced as well with new front windowsheild from PPG with the antenna in the glass,new rear windowshield and side glass as well.The 400 has been upgraded with a electric choke,new elderbrok intake,rebuilt heads,new timing gears and chain,aluminum high flow water pump and the list goes on down to altinator and belts and ignition.She remains pretty much stock.You can drive this one without stopping at every gas station.Just too much to list!!!!The exaust is all new dual exaustwith cross over and correct chrome Trans Am tips,complete rebuilt rear brake system,new front calipers, nd completely rebuilt emergency brake system with new cables,brackets all done to factory specs the way its supposed to be done,new custom rims,new Riken Raptor ZR Tires 255/50zr17 in rear and 245/45zr17 in front.The rims and tire combolook incredible.Just about everything on this car has been replaced down to wind felt and weather stripping.The shaker scoop has been upgraded by me as well to cowl induction and custom done by me.I matched the flap to the dash to give it that cool factor or factory look to make it seem it came that way.very responsive cowl induction which matches throttle postion when flap opensThe car is solid with solid doors,rocker panels,trunk,cowl,inside dash corners with no rot.There is some blistering on driverside lower fender and driverrear quarter panel afterall these years.The underside of the car is solid as well with no frame rot anywhere.there is a patch on the drivers side floorboard.The paint still looks great with perfect decals after 13 years since its last paint job.Its a solid 10 footer with some chips,bumps and brusies over time like any driver.Like I said shes a nice driver and looker.You would be hard pressed to finda drive qualityas nice as this for the price.I invite you to try!!!!Please see the pictures as they will speak for themselves.The car does look grills correct for 1977,Halogen lights,trunk mats and so on.It also retains its original jack as well.The book value on this car is over 13,000.00 low endwhich isthe price for a very poor car,23,000.00 averageand high end is 43,000.00.This car is easly in the mid range book value andI havepriced itrealisticly and well below book value.There has been so much done to this car I just don't have time to list it all.She's not perfect, ut is a nice77 TAas pictures will show.I don't think any car is perfect,so if your looking for a nice driver that looks great that doesn't need much of anything you should be very happy with this car.She drives and handles great.There is no warranty expressed or implied on this car.She is sold as is where is.I always encourage anyone to come by and inspect,or have someone to inspect if they choose.I will be pulling the insurance of the car and turning the tags in and will provide a copy if needed to prove this car was tagged and insured.She
