1969 Pontiac Firebird Description

The body has undergone a rotisserie restoration to all inner outer body panels. The all steel body has been completely disassembled, epaired as necessary and re-assembled using new rust free panels with attention given to detail throughout. The floor plans have been carefully replaced MIG-wellded into place. The car is painted in base clear finish has been coloured, anded and buffed to a superb finish. All tinted glass is in excellent condition. All chrome, long with stainless steel mouldings and trim have been replaced. A new reproduction black vinyl interior has been installed in the car. The car is powered by an original type year correct 400 CID Pontiac V8 engine which has been rebuilt to high performance specifications and is equipped with an Edelbrock performance aluminium intake manifold which is fitted with a new four barrel Holley "650 CFM" four barrel carburetor topped with a new large full flow Edelbrock chrome air breather. Car is also fitted with a full stainless steel flow master exhaust. In addition, reconditioned turbo 350 automatic transmission has been installed with final power flow to a GM 10-bolt positrac differential. New polished alimunium alloy wheels by American Racing which are fitted with new Mickey Thompson sportsman high performance radial tires. Over $40,000 in receipts and morespent in cash on total restoration 60k + spent. Rougnhly 200 miles driven since restoration done.
