you are looking at a mostly original REAL GTO. restored back in the early 90s and only about 5000 miles on the motor trans and rear since then. this was owned by an elderly gentlemen who just didn't drive it much so for the past about 15 years or so it has mostly sat in clean dry storage. this car is a great driver as it is ! but from not being used has a couple minor things that could be addressed. the factory tac, and gas gauge work when they want andshifting is a little stiff although it does shift through all the gears smoothly.also this will come with a hurst super shifter you can install if desired but the last owner wanted to keep things original so it wasn't put in. tires are like new with no wear no dry cracks, all rubber moldings andwindow sweeps in great condition,paint shines very well with no fade,no bubbling,but there are a couple small chips or imperfections on the roof and hood. interior is very nice with original seats and dash has never been cut up or modified.This car is a strong runner ! very fun to drive with lots of power and a great low old school rumble from the factory correct duel exhaust that is in perfect condition with no leaks. also this model has power steering power brakes rear defrost and posi rear factory equipped.
