1978 Pontiac Trans Am Description

1978 Trans AM 4 speed. Non numbers matching 400.

Drive Line : Edelbrock intake and 650 carburetor w/electric choke, stock cam, roller rockers, timing chain, water pump, fuel pump, u joints. All installed within 1500 miles: Transmission and differential serviced. A/C works. Does not burn oil, good motor.

Interior: Dash Cover, New carpet, door cards, armrest, original vinyl seats under covers, one small tear in passenger seat back seam. Stereo in glove box. Floor boards have some rust, previous owner used fiberglass and a sealant, new sound deadener installed prior to carpet. Has a slight body rattle in rear over rough roads.

Body: 4 year old paint (TCP Fire Red Pearl) really pops in the sunlight, originally a Gold car, (not a Special Edition). Some small rust bubbles, (see pics). Functioning air intake on shaker. New tires and wheels.

Fun car, reliable to drive, not bad for a 40 year old car. All receipts available, PHS documents, etc. 5/5 Car (Looks great passing by 5 mph at 5 Yards). Not a 100 point national show car or full resto mod, but very enjoyable weekend cruiser and local car show entrant.
