1965 Pontiac Bonneville Description

We are a restoration shop for 1965-70 pontiacs .We got this 1965 bonneville a year and half ago.. I bought this car with intention of having a family fun cruiser ( The dairy Queen machine) Its perfect if you want A sharp looking car thats not too nice your afraid to use it. We swapped out the chevy 454 motor for a fresh 1966 389 with new rings bearings cam honed so std bore. it has fresh shop done 1965 heads and looks correct except the quad. carter was inconsistent. added an HEI too! If you into these cars what needs done is small little jobs that require mostly labor not a lot of money. Most all the costly work is done. If you want something to make a trailer queen out o, this great Southern car is PERFECT! no rust surprise, so if taken apart and stripped the bodywork will be normal to easy. most all the expensive rechromings done too! We are selling since my dogs wont stay in the back seat of the car,, they jump out at stops! ( So I bought a 1977 toronado ..with a moon roof!) Now the Brakes were professionally rebuilt at an Iowa brake shop by previous owner and work great.spent $1800. I paid 11K for it last march and had it shipped here.I welded the rear driver side floor back in,only holes from water sitting. we swapped the pitted dash for a mint survivor one with decent pad and working radio.some guy cut in an aftermarket radio at some time and since we restore these we had several SWEET dashes so big chrome dash is BLINDING! I Also added the power top motor and cyl. with lines so it works now as do power windows. The conv. top is decent but zipper ends gone. This great old LAND YACHT is close to done and needs little to finish. front end will need only minor work, like a ball joint, alignment, maybe a tie rod..or deal with it a lil swimmy.. radio and minor wires under dash need done. runs and drives good. close to toledo area free delivery or ask about it if more than 200 miles away.We have 4 cars being restored currently,so we need room! CAR FOR SALE LOCALLY AND IN SEVERAL SITES INCLUDING OURS.SO WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END AT ANY TIME . if into these, also ask about our other frame off 65 bonnie rag,our 67 gto clone or the 70 judge clone we are doing. overseas buyers can have it delivered to east coast port by me too! JUST ask for details we are honest pontiac car guys!. We have had over 80 of these old pontiacs. we buy sell restore eat and ....60s pontiacs THANKS Rick

OUR STORE
We are located east of Toledo, Ohio. I have been building cars from our family garage since 1992, starting with 1966, 67 GTO/Lemans/Tempest, and 1st generation firebirds.
We mostly have 65, 66 big Pontiac parts; Some 66, 67 GTO/Lemans parts, and a lot of 65-70 motor parts.
I am proud to say we have had over 80 cars since1976!
We are starting to reduce our inventory of "hard to find" restoration parts for 65 and 66 big Pontiac's, and 66, 67 GTO parts. We are selling off the stash as fast as we can get them boxed for safe shipping!
Since our inventory has grown so large, the easiest way to sort through our items would be to go to our store and use the search bar in the top left corner. For Example type in the part name/year “GTO” (for a wider search), “66 Bonneville Fender” etc.
We met a guy in Detroit who had been in a bad accident in ’81 who we had bought a Grand Prix and GTO off of. After talking to the guy and hearing his story, we decided to help clean his garage of old miscellaneous parts to give him a helping hand. Since he doesn’t do well with computers, we are helping him sell the rest of his parts. Sometimes it’s a challenge since we mostly handle 65-67 GTO/Grand Prix/Bonneville parts, so we might make errors in some of our ads. If you notice anything PLEASE let me know! I can use the help to identify if necessary! We are just trying to help a good guy get a break!
We will not send a part out before inspecting it and reporting anything you need to know!
So see our store and save a bundle! We buy unfinished project cars, hassle free, and fairly. Many of our parts listed have similar ones like them here. If it's not exactly what you need, see my store or ask. We gladly accept personal checks and all payment methods!
CONTACT INFO:
You can contact me through Ebay with any questions. I will be more than happy to find an answer for you! I read through my messages daily and will reply to you ASAP!
SHIPPING:
We try to get a fair cost put in ad's since the Ebay provided calculator is usually way off.
All of our larger parts will have some modest packaging fee due to eBay's added on to all shipping costs an additional 10%, $4 a roll tape, and box costs; Anything smaller than 24x24x20 is not applicable.
We ship overseas, but it must be the cost, plus duties, and some for the extensive paperwork.
We also combine shipping.
And as usual we will be in set up at our local Norwalk Tri-power Weekend event in August. So anything I sell I can bring there for free if prepaid.
As you know shipping can be difficult and time consuming. We will try our best to get your item to you in a timely fashion! Just remember delays may happen. So patience and common courtesy is highly appreciated, as are all top marks on feedbacks left and received.
THANKS AND BE WELL!
