1988 Porsche 911 Turbo coupe also known as930, not a grey market car, this car was built for the USA market
This car has a clean Carfax with no history of accidents or any damage, and a clean title with no liens. The car is owned by a professional 62 year old adult, and it has always been properly maintained by a very reputable local Porsche service organization. I am a long time PCA member and this is my 5th Porsche 911, and I searched for about 2 years before buying this car. The car has never been involved in any accidents, it has never been raced or driven on a race track, and it is only driven on clear weekends. The original pearl white metallic paint was a special order color that is fairly rare, and it still looks great, and the car always attracts a lot of attention. The black interior is in great shape, the leather sport seats are in excellent condition, and the car has a fresh set of OEM Porsche floor mats.
The car has 91,390 miles on it, however virtually all the mechanical systems have been rebuilt to factory specifications, or better. The original engine was fully rebuilt and upgraded to 3.4 liters by a reputable Porsche repair shop and has less than 6,000 miles on it, and the transmission was rebuilt and a new clutch installed about 30,000 miles ago. The car received new tires and brakes about 500 miles ago, and I just replaced the OEM intercooler and exhaust about 200 miles ago. All told, the car has service history going back more than 20 years, and including the cost for the engine and transmission rebuild, has had over $56,000 invested in repairs and upgrades within the last 30,000 miles.
This is a solid car that has always been reliable, and my wife and I often take it for weekend drives on nice clear days. I have bought another Porsche 911, and I am unable to keep them both, so some lucky person will be getting a great deal on an amazing Porsche 930 turbo. Hagerty shows the average value of this car in "Good Condition" at $136,000, NADA shows the average retail price at $176,000 and I am confident this car is priced well below the actual market value, and should sell quickly. Pre purchase inspections at local Porsche service organizations are welcome, at buyer's expense of course.
For more information or to schedule a time to see the car in person, please contact me directly.
Serious qualified parties only please, and I don't need assistance selling my car.
Thanks for looking.
