1972 marks the first/last year of the ill-fated external oil filler door (often mistaken for fuel), an automotive quirk which has made these model year 911s quite collectable. Although currently shod in Signal/Viper green, the original Olive Green (color code 414) still pokes through. The chassis is rust free, however the front indicates the vehicle was impacted and needs some metal work. This Targa shell comes with a California title and will make a great foundation for a restoration or hot rod, or even a donor if you're looking for original panels for another project.
Vehicle comes as a bare shell, however we have suspension available for purchase and can make the vehicle a roller for an additional charge if desired (contact us if this is what you're interested in.) Vehicle can be picked up locally or we can help arrange transport.
We're a reputable service/restoration shop in San Diego CA, so feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
