This was one of only 2,793 sold in the last year of production, for arguably the finest truck styling ever offered by Studebaker. This truck was purchased from the son of the original owner in Iowa, after he had completed a total restoration. It was lightly used by his father in his real estate business and was garaged throughout its life. Restoration started with a meticulous, month long, body prep that addressed only minor rust issues. There was no body damage reported and all metal is original. Originally white, this truck was repainted in beautiful Hawaiian Blue.An engine flush, tune-up and radiator repair was all that was needed upon my purchase.The truck is immaculate and runs beautifully, with no known issues or deferred maintenance.
