Completely restored 1991 Toyota mr2 2.0 engine, fresh engine rebuild

1991 Toyota MR2 Turbo Description

This car was in pretty good shape until the previous owner seized up the motor. Engine has been completely rebuilt to stock specs and runs like the sports car it was intended to be. This is about my 9th or tenth MR2 project---all of which have been rebuilt according to the factory workshop manual. This one was particularly difficult to complete because these 3sgte blocks are getting hard to come by. All the machine work and bearing specs were set by an independent machine shop that I have used for years. The engine runs like a Swiss timepiece except for the non stock exhaust. It's pretty loud. Could easily be switched back to stock with a factory exhaust that can still be bought at the dealer. Seats have been reupholstered in black with blue suede inserts to match the rest of the interior. I also installed a double din Kenwood stereo with Bluetooth etc. speaker system excellent and stock. If you're looking for a car that you can use as a daily driver or for taking out on road trips on the weekends this would fit the bill. Great car, don't really want to sell it but I need the funds to complete a different project. The car has also been repainted in the original factory white.
