1970 Triumph TR-6 roadster Description

1970 Triumph tr 6 with overdrive. Solid drivable car.The engine was rebuilt a few years ago with new pistons, rings main bearings rod bearings, thrust washers and gaskets. At that time also a new clutch system was replaced, and head and valve work. The engine runs very good and is very quit at idle with 50 lbs oil pressure. The overdrive trans shifts very well and the overdrive works. The heater works. The wipers work. The radio works. The brakes work. The charging system works. The headlights and taillights work. Turn signals do not work.The seats are in good condition with no tears .The top has a zip out rear window and is in good condition. The carpets are decent.the rockers and quarters are solid with the exception of the passenger side rocker where there is an approx. 1 in. by 2 in. rust spot, down low and does not show in photo.The frame is solid with only surface rust.The tires have good tread but do have some dry rot,I have been driving the car and have had no problems.The paint work could use some attention with fading and cracking,and a respray.Whether you are going for groceries or on a twisty road in the country this car should give you years of driving pleasure.If you have any concerns or Questions please contact me before bidding.
